Noslin leaves Fortuna for contract at Hellas Verona

Tijjani Noslin is switching to Italian Hellas Verona. For the public favorite, this means an end to his contract in Sittard after 2,5 seasons.
Last weekend, Noslin already hinted to ESPN's camera that he was close to a move to Hellas Verona. In the meantime, the final formalities have been completed and Noslin has successfully passed the medical check-up in Italy.
Tijjani Noslin is proud to be facing his first foreign adventure after a successful period at Fortuna. "I am extremely grateful to Fortuna for giving me the chance to show my qualities at the highest level. In recent years I have been able to develop strongly, allowing me to make this beautiful step! Fortuna is forever in my heart and I want to thank everyone - especially the fans - for the fantastic time I have had in Sittard."
Technical manager Americo Branco is happy for Noslin to make the move to Italy. "For Tijjani, the transfer to Hellas Verona is a wonderful reward for his development he has made since he moved to Fortuna. It shows that we offer young players a chance at the highest level in the Netherlands and thereby a springboard to an absolute top competition in Europe. With his eagerness to learn and dedication to play football I am sure he will also be successful in Italy.
The 24-year-old striker transferred to Sittard in the summer of 2021 after a short tenure with TOP Oss. The former FC Den Bosch and FC Twente youth player was active in amateur football for a long time before making the move to professional football. Noslin came in service of Fortuna to 71 official matches, in which he was good for ten goals and four assists.
