From now on it is possible again to purchase a Fortuna clubcard, a free and digital card that allows you to get loose tickets next season.

A clubcard is a digital card that allows you to purchase tickets for away matches and matches with security restrictions, including home matches against the traditional top three. If you have a Fortuna Memberhship you automatically have a clubcard. If you do not have a membership but would like to visit a match regularly, you can buy a clubcard in our ticketshop free of charge.

IDIN-check
Starting this season an IDIN-check will be requested when you purchase a clubcard in our ticketshop. IDIN is an online identification program that verifies your personal data. With the IDIN-check the account details are checked against the data known to your bank (name, address, gender and date of birth) to prevent card abuse. The check is simple and quick to perform. This allows you to use Fortuna's online sales channel faster and your clubcard will be active sooner. Your clubcard will only become active the moment the IDIN-check has been performed successfully. It is also possible to successfully complete identification by uploading a valid document. Youth supporters (who do not have their own Dutch bank account) and supporters living abroad must always identify themselves by uploading an official document (passport, ID). Uploading this identification document is possible through your account in the ticketshop.

Please note! You cannot have a club card from more than one club. Do you have a clubcard from another club and would you like to visit Fortuna matches? Then cancel your existing clubcard first, and purchase a new clubcard for free through our ticketshop.

Ticket sales
On Tuesday, August 1, ticket sales start at 12:00h for the first away match of this season, the match against reigning champions Feyenoord. From that moment it is also possible to buy tickets for the first two home games against Almere City (Saturday, August 19) and Ajax (Sunday, September 3).
