Tunahan Tasci signs until mid-2026
Tunahan Tasci and Fortuna have found each other in a new agreement. The 20-year-old striker signed a contract until mid-2026 on Thursday.
Tasci made his debut in the main force this season. "A nice reward," the key player assessed. "I am grateful to the club for the opportunities they gave me, including my first minutes in the Eredivisie. That tastes like more. It is now up to me to continue to give everything, to develop further and ultimately to be important for the club. In any case, the new contract shows confidence from the club."
The former Turkish youth international was active in youth for Vitesse and N.E.C. Nijmegen and made his first minutes in professional soccer in 2020. This Tasci did in the shirt of Jong Ajax. In 2021, the left-winger joined Fortuna, for which he has made seven appearances to date. The Nijmegen native's original contract continued until the end of the current season.
