Amber van Heeswijk signs with Sittard

Amber van Heeswijk has renewed her contract with Fortuna Women. The 22-year-old midfielder is fixed until mid-2024 with the renewed agreement.
"I am extremely happy and proud to play another year in the yellow and green of Fortuna. After a wonderful first season, which we would like to finish well, it is a logical step for me to extend."
Van Heeswijk arrived last summer as the first Limburg reinforcement for Fortuna, where she has grown into a regular base player since her arrival. The former Borussia Mönchengladbach player currently stands at 16 Eredivisie matches in the yellow-and-green. In those, Van Heeswijk came up with a goal and an assist.
