First contract for Daan Bisschops

Daan Bisschops has signed his first professional contract. The defender signed a commitment until mid-2026 the day after his 18th birthday.

The defender signed his contract in the presence of his parents: "I am proud that I was able to sign my first contract today. I'm having a great time at Fortuna. The goal remains to make the transition to the first team. In any case, I look forward to further developing myself at this club in the coming seasons."

Bisschops took his first steps at FC Geleen-Zuid, before joining Fortuna's talent plan at age nine. From then on, the Geleender went through all youth teams. The current season, Bisschops is part of Fortuna U21.
