Fortuna activates option in contract Ivor Pandur
Ivor Pandur will remain a Fortunees. Fortuna has activated the purchase option, leaving the goalkeeper under contract until mid-2027.
The 23-year-old Croatian is currently still on loan from Hellas Verona and is impressing in Sittard. "Ivor has developed fantastically this season," announces technical manager Sjoerd Ars. "The stretch is not out yet. He is a top professional, works extremely hard every day and always with a big smile. We are obviously super content that we have now managed to secure him for four seasons."
The goalie is pleased with his extended stay at Fortuna: "My goal was to make minutes, be important and thus force a longer stay at Fortuna. I succeeded, for which I am enormously grateful to the club and the team. I have felt at home here from day one and I am therefore proud to be staying with the club."
Pandur came over from Italy on loan in the summer. Since his arrival, the youth international stood 27 games under the crossbar.
