Fortuna welcomes first star partners
At Fortuna, we do it together! That's why the club is stepping up cooperation with amateur clubs in the region.
That these associations are invaluable goes without saying. Fortuna has been working closely with the clubs for years under the name VoetbalPUUR, offering clinics on location and allowing the club to shoot penalties at halftime of a Fortuna home game. Meanwhile, the concept has been given a new look, allowing both parties to derive even more benefits from the cooperation. Under the new name Fortuna in the Region, they are aiming for a long-term and valuable relationship to strengthen the connection with the region and support clubs on social issues.
Amateur associations can choose from different packages with Fortuna in the Region, so that each association can choose the option that best suits its members. This way, an association can get acquainted with Fortuna in a low-threshold way or choose to commit to the club as a star partner association.
A few weeks ago, the first Fortuna cooperation in the Region was officially ratified, SV Haslou from Elsloo joined Fortuna as the first star partner. Meanwhile, Oranje Blauw'15, Olympia Schinveld and Alfa Sport have also joined the initiative and the club is already in talks with several clubs. The clubs that are currently already part of VoetbalPUUR will be approached shortly to discuss the new possibilities and switch to the Fortuna in the Region initiative.

Duo scarf
During the last membership campaign, cooperation was also sought with the associations. All clubs had a chance to win a Fortuna and club duo scarf. No less than thirteen clubs managed to get the duo scarf and more than 1,000 members will soon be walking around with these unique items. The scarves have now arrived in Sittard and will be handed over to the clubs. Have you signed up for the duo scarf? Then you will soon receive notice from your own association about how the scarves will be distributed.
