Fortuna Women against Twente in Eredivisie cup

Fortuna Women is preparing for the end of the soccer season. After finishing third in the Azerion Women's Eredivisie, all that remains now is to participate in the Eredivisie Cup.

In these knockout matches, the champion, the two period champions and the highest ranked of the final standings without a period, play for the cup. After semifinals consisting of a home and away match, the winner of both matches will decide in the final who gets to receive the cup.

The first semifinal match is scheduled for Sunday, May 14, 2023, in which the women will take on FC Twente at Sportpark het Diekman. The return is scheduled for May 21, this match will be played at the Fortuna Sittard Stadium. Both matches will kick off at 14:30. Previous matches have shown that the teams are evenly matched. If the two matches are won, the Fortuna Women will play the final on Monday, May 29.
