Ivo Pinto signs new contract until mid-2025

Ivo Pinto has extended his commitment at Fortuna. The 33-year-old Portuguese is fixed until mid-2025 with the new deal.

The captain is one of the longest serving players within the current selection. "I am happy to have been able to extend my stay in Sittard," Pinto said. "I quickly started to feel at home, we are having a great time in Limburg. I am grateful that I can give everything for this club at least until 2025."

Pinto initially came to Sittard on a rental basis in 2021, followed by a permanent move. After two full seasons in yellow-and-green, the counter stands at 54 matches. The defender's original contract ran for one more season.
